In the app
The chat seems stuck or won’t reply
Press Esc to cancel the current reply, then send your message again. After a
page refresh, DRONA shows a “that message didn’t get a reply, send again” banner
when it detects a stranded message, so it never hangs silently. If it persists,
reload the page, your build is saved.
”Your free trial is used up” / out of credits
You’ve spent your trial or plan credits. Pick a plan or top up from Settings, Billing. Your design is never lost, top up and continue exactly where you were. See Credits & billing.
A BOM line shows “NO MATCH”
We couldn’t find a current listing for that exact part. The choice is valid; you just source that one line yourself. Everything marked LIVE has a working buy link. See Order the parts.
The 3D viewer is empty
The viewer fills in once you have a design. On a brand-new chat it shows a placeholder until the first build lands. If you have a design and it’s still blank, reload the page.
My screenshot in a bug report looks mostly black
That usually means the page was nearly empty (a fresh chat is mostly dark) when the shot was taken. Capture from a populated view (your actual build) so the report shows what you mean.
At the bench
It won’t arm
Most common causes, in order: an arming switch or mode not set, a failsafe condition, or the flight controller not seeing the receiver. Check modes and receiver channels in Betaflight Configurator. See Flash Betaflight & wire.
It flips over on takeoff
Almost always motor direction or motor order. Recheck each motor’s spin direction and that the motor numbering matches the wiring diagram, props off.
A motor is hot or buzzing / one motor doesn’t spin
Recheck that motor’s solder joints first, a cold joint or stray strand is the usual culprit. Then confirm direction and order. A too-hot motor after a short hover means stop and investigate before flying again.
No FPV video
Check the VTX power lead and the camera-to-VTX connection, and that your goggles are on the right channel/band. Route the VTX antenna so it isn’t pinched or touching carbon.
